Tuesdays on the Town: Haymarket Crossing by Stanley Martin

Tuesdays on the Town: Haymarket Crossing by Stanley Martin

A couple years ago, my family and I made a move west to Prince William County, landing in the small town of Haymarket. As a Buyer Agent, I’ve cautioned clients against considering this area as I cannot overstate how difficult the traffic can be. On some days it takes me an hour to travel from Haymarket to Vienna, a mere 20-mile section of freeway. Aside from Highway 66, the small town lifestyle has added a much-needed peace and quiet to our lives. There’s never a line for the movies, we have great local cuisine and I swear the parking spots are wider. Not only does it suit us better but it’s changed the tone of caution I preach when buyers are lured by the incredible values that new construction offers out west. Excited to share two Stanley Martin communities, perfect for first-time buyers, empty nesters looking to give up square footage but not comfort and the investors who would love nothing more than to cash rent checks.

Tuesdays on the Town Haymarket Crossing by Stanley Martin

This week, the team visited Haymarket Crossing by Stanley Martin. This tree-lined community features parks, 2 tot lots, plenty of benches and of course a community pavilion but it’s not the only Stanely Martin option in the area. Just three miles down Heathcote Blvd and you’ll be welcome to Heathcote Crossing. Very similar in floorplan and design, this community is walkable to the new Harris Teeter grocery store, complete with Starbucks, Baskin Robbins, and Dunkin Donuts! Even those who need to commute to work don’t need to worry, both communities are minutes from main commuter roads like Routes 15 & 29 as well as I-66.

Stanley Martin boasts “easy living” with no exterior maintenance for these homes. Each property has 3 floorplan designs, all 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and some with that coveted garage option. Square footage of these homes ranging from 1,586 to 2,205 square feet, every inch a reflection of an impressive standard features list. Buyers can have open floorplans designed around bright open kitchens with massive island workspaces. Master suites are well-appointed with large walk-in closets, a master bath with dual vanity and seated walk-in shower. Optional features available include a deck, finished lower level with a full or half bathroom, alternate main level layout and a second master suite.

Available now on lot 193 is a dual master suite with a third bedroom configured on the ground floor, upgraded kitchen package and premium grade hardwoods, listed for $393,000. Also on lot 203, a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath with gourmet kitchen and upgraded hardwoods at $387,000.

If you’re thinking of purchasing new construction, we’d love to talk with you. Our travels have taken us all through Northern Virginia and our experiences working with different builders and various communities have been invaluable to our clients. We’ve found that when you ask the right questions, you get the right answers! Let us know if we can help you and if there’s an up-and-coming neighborhood you’d like us to tour next!

See you next Tuesday!
